Personal data we process

Aragon only processes personal data regarding:

  • Aragon users: professional contact data as necessary to manage and render our services.

  • Aragon newsletter subscribers: particularly, we collect their email address, first and last name.

  • Aragon token holders: Aragon has no access to any personal data related to the holders of Aragon cryptographic tokens, other than the relevant Ethereum addresses.

Aragon users, newsletter subscribers and token holders are hereafter referred as Data Subjects.


We only process the personal data of Data Subjects for the purposes of rendering our services.

Aragon processes personal data to the extent that at least one of the following applies:

  1. The Data Subject has given consent for one or more specific purposes.

  2. Processing is necessary for the performance of our agreements with the Data Subjects.

  3. Processing is necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

Disclosure to other recipients

Data Subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant competent authorities in Switzerland.
